Aaliyah Daniel Haughton shot to fame in 1994 after the release of her first album Age Ain't Nothing but a Numer. The album, released when she only had 15 years of age was certified Gold. This collaboration, heavily influential to R. Kelly's music, put her in the limelight. In 1996, Jermaine and Timbaland came out with Aaliyah's sophomore album One In A Million. It featured If Your Girls Only Knew, the top-selling single. Aaliyah gained notoriety as an R&B vocalist after the release. Aarti has both Aarti Majumdar as well as Aarti Munn as her professional names. She started her acting career in minor film and TV parts, however her fame increased in the mid 2000s. Her other notable projects include Grey's Anatomy, Suits and Leverage. She has also been featured in commercials of major brands such as international automobile manufacturer Volvo. She is currently working on her acting career at Los Angeles, where she lives with her son and husband.
